Not exactly what's pictured - the headpiece looks like plastic in the photo but it's actually more of a fabric. The leotard piece doesn't stay up and everything seems to move around a lot when wearing the pink bodysuit underneath. The boot covers don't have any holes to allow heels to go through or for the soles to contact the floor, either. I love it for what it is but just a bit surprised that I got something slightly different from what was pictured.
